Apartment SnowWhite is located in a quiet area of Starý Smokovec in the private property building of Apartments SNOW, near the train stop of the Tatra electric railway. The excellent location of the apartment allows for various opportunities for walking/hiking, tours and sports activities. In the near by walking distance of the accommodation you may find a grocery shop, coffee shops, several restaurants, sports and souvenir shops.

How to find us:  

When traveling by car on the road from Poprad, it is necessary to turn to the central parking (the second turn from the train rails - above the bus station) and go straight to the end of the parking. A narrow path (around the bakery) leads directly to the Apartments SNOW property building.

Tatrabob

Municipality: Tatranská Lomnica  

The Tatrabob roller coaster is an adrenaline attraction for both adults and children. It is located near the bus station on the so-called “Slnečná lúka.’’ The Tatralob roller coaster is almost half a kilometer long with a total elevation range of 50 m and 12 turns. It is open all year round, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on public holidays and during the high season until 09:00 p.m.

Summer tubing

Municipality: Starý Smokovec / Hrebienok 

 It's about sliding on an inflatable water wheel on a fun and fast downhill rubber tube track, full of turns. Fans of adrenaline may also try riding down a neat track on special scooters or mountain bikes.

Sledging in Hrebienok

You may enjoy yourselves just like the children on a neat and lightened 2.5 km long sledging track.  Sledge rental is possible at the valley station of the cable car. The sledging track is available daily from 8:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. 
 

Night sledging from Hrebienok

Experience an unforgettable evening full of fun and adventure during a night sledding which is available 3 x in a week. Every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 07:00 p.m. to 09: 00 p.m. Night sledging is possible with a minimum number of 10 people attending and with a temperature higher than -20 ° C.
 

Tricklandia

Municipality: Starý Smokovec  

Tricklandia is a family-type of amusement park that offers a pleasant time to spent with friends and family. One visit lasts up to 1 hour. It is based on trickart art - the art of optical illusions. Besides of experiencing a mirror maze you may also find a shop with souvenirs, children's books and toys.
 

Snowtubing

You may find a fast snow slide opened all winter. Children and adults may enjoy themselves fully here. Experience a fun-filled adrenaline ride and let yourself be brought back to the top of the slope by a suface lift.
 

SKI MUSEUM

SKI MUSEUM is the first private winter sports museum in the High Tatras. On an area of almost 300 m2 the museum's exposition captures the history of the origins and the development of Tatras winter sports from the beginning of Tatras settlements and municipalities mainly until the year 1945.
